Terms of Service for Tidy Delights

Introduction: The following terms and conditions outline the agreement between Tidy Delights (hereafter referred to as "Company") and the customer (hereafter referred to as "Client") for the provision of cleaning services. By using the services of the Company, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Services: The Company offers a range of house cleaning services, including but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens, and taking out the trash. A complete list of services can be found on the Company's website.

Scheduling: The Company offers flexible scheduling options for its clients and will work with the Client to find a time that works best. If the Client needs to reschedule, they are asked to let the Company know as soon as possible.

Payment: Payment is required prior to all services and can be made by cash, major credit cards, or Afterpay. In the event that the Client's payment is overdue, a late fee of $20 per day will be added to the balance.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that the Client needs to cancel a scheduled appointment, they are asked to let the Company know at least 24 hours in advance. If the Client cancels within 24 hours, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged.
​
Cleaning Products: Tidy Delights uses only safe, non-toxic, and eco-friendly cleaning products. If the Client has any specific cleaning product preferences, they are asked to let the Company know in advance.

Responsibility: The Company takes full responsibility for the safety and security of the Client's property while the cleaners are on site. However, the Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or items left out in the open.

Satisfaction Guarantee: Tidy Delights is committed to providing high-quality services and strives to ensure that the Client is satisfied with the services provided. If the Client is not completely satisfied with the services, they are asked to let the Company know within 24 hours, and the Company will do its best to resolve any issues.

Limitation of Liability: The liability of the Company is limited to the cost of the cleaning services provided.

Changes to Terms of Service: The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

By using the services of Tidy Delights, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions. If the Client has any questions, they are asked to contact the Company.
